ART's primary focus is headlight assemblies from vehicles under 10 years old — the highest-value segment. We also accept bumpers, body panels, sensors, ECUs, ADAS components, and hybrid/EV electronics. Older vehicles are accepted for high-demand models. Contact us for a full accepted-parts list.
Traditional yards operate as bulk commodity dealers — parts are sold as-is with minimal quality control or environmental accountability. ART is a modern circular economy platform: every part is individually assessed to a consistent standard, tracked, and directed to the highest-value outcome. We provide documented ESG metrics and financial transparency a traditional yard simply cannot offer.
Our 7-step checklist grades any headlight in ~60 seconds. We assess vehicle age, lens condition (clear/haze/heavy), tab and housing integrity, and whether modules/ballasts are included. Each core receives a grade of A+, A−, B+, B−, C, or D with a corresponding payout range. We train your team during onboarding — all grades go into one bin, no pre-sorting required.
Nothing goes to landfill. Grade C units are assessed for component harvesting — usable modules, ballasts, and connectors are extracted, tested, and re-entered into the parts supply chain. Grade D units are directed to certified recycling streams — plastics, glass, metals, and electronics all separated and processed by accredited partners. Full chain-of-custody documentation is maintained for every unit.
Yes — a key ART differentiator. All partners receive quarterly sustainability impact reports documenting: total units processed by grade, verified weight diverted from landfill, estimated CO₂ equivalent savings vs. new manufacture, and breakdown by material type. These are formatted for ESG disclosure, insurance green rating programs, and corporate sustainability reporting.
ART is actively building EV and hybrid component recovery infrastructure. Currently we accept EV/hybrid lighting systems, ADAS sensor assemblies, and standard electronics.
